My game is heavily modded (♥♥♥♥-PN-WMX-WME-EVE-AWOP Convergence, Warzones, IWS, MoMod, Factions Reloaded, 2K textures, etc, etc) ini file settings which fixed the windows 10 crashing issue and now runs stable and fairly smooth with only the occasional stutter.
