Hardware Expert (drill deploy time is decreased by 25% and trip mine deploy time is decreased by 20%, drills are now silent). Jack of All Trades Aced (player gains the ability to deploy 2 different types of deployments, player interactions with deployments is also increased by 100%). 
ECO Sentry (unlocked so we could unlock the jack of all trades skill).Third Law (unlocked so we could unlock ECO Sentry).Transporter (Now able to throw bags 50% further than normal throw distance).Resilience (unlocked so we could unlock the transporter skill above it).Close by Aced (now able to hip fire your shotgun while sprinting therefore we are able to chase and takedown enemies quicker before they are alerted, hip fire rate of fire is also increased by 35% and shotguns with magazines are increased by 15 shells).Shotgun CQB Aced (reload speed is increased by 35% and aim down sight speed is greatly increased by 135%, therefore faster aim to take down guards/enemies).Underdog (unlocked so we could get Shotgun CQB and then close by).Stockholm Syndrome (civilians are intimidated 50% longer).Confident (Power of range and intimidation is increased by 50%).Forced Friendship (Increases supply of cable ties by 4 = more hostages could be held).Here I will be showing you the skills I use in my build as detail as possible so it’s easier to understand. Boost concealment (for better concealment, therefore increasing player’s stealth). The Silent Killer Suppressor (the only reason I chose this suppressor is because its better than the other suppressor’s listed). 
000 Buckshot (higher damage without decreasing total ammo size, not using ammo piercing rounds because rounds might penetrate guards and create alerts if the bullet hits glass etc etc). The Judge Shotgun (I chose this secondary mainly because it’s one of the best weapons you could use for stealth since you could shoot and make bodies fly 😀 ) Compact laser module (doesn’t modify the weapons stats like other laser mods, therefore keeping the concealment level as minimum as possible). Boost concealment (for better concealment). The Silent Killer Suppressor (only reason is, its better than the Shh! suppressor). Short Barrel (for better concealment and higher damage). 000 Buckshot (higher damage but doesn’t decrease total ammo whatsoever). Raven Shotgun (better concealment and base damage than the Izhma 12G Shotgun but less total ammo and in magazine ammo than the Izhma)
